For more than 12 years, we have specialized in PR and communications for commercial real estate developers. We work with companies to tell their story so that they can better position their projects within their respective markets. Our work includes supporting a variety of commercial real estate projects, from retail-anchored centers to office complexes to a mix of commercial uses. We’ve helped clients reposition existing assets and grow their tenant base and have assisted clients planning new commercial real estate developments. We’ve worked with clients that represent $2+ billion in commercial real estate assets.
Challenge: Stony Point Shopping Center in south Richmond suffered a major set-back when its anchor grocery tenant vacated the property due to the company’s decision to leave the market. Despite having numerous other tenants including restaurants, specialty retailers, and boutique stores, sales at remaining retailers started slowing after the grocery tenant left.
