Our Impact
Gray Ryan Ventures is a private real estate investment fund founded in 2013 by Andrew Ryan and Mike Gray. Since its inception, Gray Ryan Ventures has invested in commercial real estate assets totaling $75 million in market value across six localities in the Commonwealth of Virginia. These assets include small office, retail centers, and ready-to-develop land. Each investment has yielded a 3-9 percent return year over year.
In 2025, Gray Ryan Ventures expanded to include hospitality and commercial investments in the Dutch Caribbean doing business as Gray Ryan Ventures, B.V.
